I’m a first generation college graduate with a background in journalism and strategic communications. My experience spans consumer research, digital analytics, content creation, brand strategy and customer experience, from studying how people make purchase decisinos to creating the messages and experiences that help brands connect with them.
At Simply Good Foods, I built dashboards and translated consumer research into presentations. At Badger Talks, I created digital content and maintained the channels that connected university programming with Wisconsin communities. At J. McLaughlin, I work directly with customers through personalized service, clienteling and product knowledge.
Across each experience, I am most interested in the same question: what matters to people, and how can that understanding lead to better communication, content and decisions?
